Helen Rea

Helen Rea has been teaching the Alexander Technique and dance and movement classes for over 30 years. In addition, she has trained as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist.  In her private practice, Helen incorporates all of her experience to help meet the needs of clients.  She sees clients and offers movement classes in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland. Her dance classes are held at CityDance at Strathmore Arts Center in Bethesda, Maryland.
