You are invited to the fifth residential Alexander Technique workshop on the Caribbean island of St. Thomas, April 13-18, 2008. Come spend five luxurious days with our team of world renowned teachers, studying the Technique while rejuvenating in a tropical paradise.

We have assembled a team of teachers who bring decades of collective wisdom--  Diana Bradley , Debi Adams, Ed Bilanchone , Anne Waxman & Nancy Forst Williamson.  Our teachers are experts in practical anatomy, the relationship of thought to movement, and the application of the Technique in daily activities. The Alexander Technique is designed to bring forth the grace and balance innate in every human body. The result is a profound sense of belonging in the body, which lends ease to everyday tasks, clarity to thinking, joy to sensations, and pleasure to movement.
