Anne McDonald

Anne McDonald, MFA, OTR/L is an Alexander Teacher, Feldenkrais Practitioner, and Occupational Therapist. She became an AmSAT certified Alexander teacher in 1998 and continued her education with Joan Murray in Illinois and John Nicholls in NY. Before becoming an Alexander Teacher, Anne was an Assistant Professor of Dance at The American University and the University of Maryland, College Park; and a professional dancer. She has taught the technique to opera singers at UMCP and the American University and in rehabilitation centers. Anne has maintained a private practice at 2939 Van Ness St. NW, Washington DC 20008 for 25 years. Her office is just 2 blocks from the VanNess/UDC Metro and parking is available. Health insurance is accepted.
