Karen Loving

Karen graduated from the Alexander Technique Training Centre in Charlottesville, VA.  She lives in Culpeper and owns a yoga and movement studio, The Inner Triangle Studio, on Davis Street in historic downtown Culpeper. She teaches at her Studio in Culpeper and also has a private practice in the Warrenton Professional Building in Warrenton, VA.

Karen was recently named to the Board of Directors of the American Society for the Alexander Technique. The American Society for the Alexander Technique's mission is to define, maintain and promote the Alexander Technique at its highest standard of professional practice and conduct.
