I have been studying the Alexander Technique for ten years and have been teaching professionally since 2001. I'm also a certified massage therapist since 1998, who specializes in Craniosacral Therapy therapy.
My new web site is www.windsofchange-online.com . I also practice and teach classes in T'ai Chi Chaun and Qi gong, which I began studying in 1993. I am also (recently) a dancer, and used to be a tennis instructor, and have studied other martial arts and movement modalities.
I began my Alexander Technique training in Cambridge, MA with Tommy Thompson in 1995. The Alexander Technique has been an invaluable tool for myself since I discovered it ten years ago. My primary goal as an Alexander Technique teacher and bodywork therapist to support people to grow and learn how to live with a sense of freedom, grace, and joy.
